Linnert's Baking Company is a home-based bakery that is registered and certified with the Cook County Department of Public Health. We are legally able to sell baked goods to you with giving notice that our products are made in a home-based kitchen. The labels on each product you purchase states this as well. To ensure safety, knowledge, and professional business operations and ethics, any food handlers that produce and package items for Linnert's Baking Company hold a Food Service Protection Manager certification accredited from approved company through Cook County.

Linnert's Baking Company DOES NOT produce gluten-free products. Many allergen-free products require a separate facility for these products to be produced in. ALL PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN OR POSSIBLY CROSS CONTAMINATED WITH NUTS AND/OR TREE NUTS. If you are unsure about a product or have an allergy, please consult before making a purchase.
